We have launched our brand new loyalty program so you can earn points while you indulge in our sweet treats! Here’s all you need to know:

ALL POINTS EXPIRE 180 DAYS (6 MONTHS) FROM WHEN IT IS EARNED.

1. Registration

In-store:

  1. Pass our staff your mobile number
  2. You will then receive an SMS 
  3. Fill in the rest of your information (including your email)
  4. You will then receive a link to save your e-card as a web app

Online:

Click on REWARDS on the bottom right hand corner of the screen!

  1. Create an account
  2. Fill your details including your email and mobile number
  3. You will receive an email confirmation
  4. You will then receive a link to save your e-card as a web app

Things to note: Make sure you register with your email and mobile number to avoid account duplication. Fill in your birthday to enjoy exclusive perks during that month!

    2. Earning Points

    In-store:

    1. Pass your mobile number to our staff
    2. Earn points on your purchase!

    Online:

    Find the REWARDS on the bottom right hand corner of the screen!

    1. Login with your email or mobile number.
    2. Points will be added automatically when you make a purchase.
    3. Check your points via the widget.

    3. Rewards Redemption

    There are two types of rewards, to be redeemed in-store or online. 

    In-store:

    1. Pass your mobile number to our staff
    2. Depending on your points, you can request for vouchers to be claimed by our staff for your purchase!

    If you have the app:

    1. Choose any reward based on your points
    2. Click on “Claim” to redeem 
    3. Show this voucher to staff, they will input a code for redemption

    Online:

    Find the REWARDS on the bottom right hand corner of the screen!

    1. Login with your email or mobile number.
    2. Choose any reward
    3. Click on “Claim” to redeem
    4. Click on the voucher you want to use
    5. Click on "Apply Code"
    6. Proceed to add items to cart (min. purchase value $30)
    7. Discount will be added automatically to cart upon checkout

    4. Membership Tiers

    Insider

    $1 = 1 point

    When you sign up, you are an Insider. To upgrade to Enthusiast, spend $250 within 6 months.

    10% off a scoop during your birthday month.

    Enthusiast

    $1 = 1.2 point

    To upgrade to Addict, spend $500 within 6 months. To keep this tier, spend $250 within the same time period.

    20% off a pastry during your birthday month.

    Addict

    $1 = 1.5 point

    To keep this tier, spend $500 within 6 months. 

    1 free double scoop or 1 for 1 during your birthday month.
